Periodic special events will also be offered. 10am to 3pm every Wednesday, rain or shine. Located on the Plaza at Mission Bay Housing on Gene Friend Way between 3rd and 4th Streets. DailySATURDAY JUNE 27 AND SUNDAY JUNE 28San Francisco Gay Pride Festival San Francisco's annual celebration of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community culminates in this weekend festival and colorful parade. Festival at Civic Center Plaza includes food, music, and numerous booths with vendors and organizations. Saturday Noon to 6pm. Sunday 10:30am to 7pm. Parade on Sunday begins at 10:30am at the foot of Market Street, traveling up Market Street to 8th Street, ending at the Festival site.
